Building original characters — and the worlds around them.

Two original character IPs in production, and an AIGC lab for AI influencers and product visuals. Behind them: ten years leading a video team, senior photographer on Shanghai Disney Resort’s marketing team, and visual management for LEGOLAND® Shanghai Resort’s opening.

Original IP

Two worlds of my own. Built character-first, so they can travel from screen to sticker to shelf.

A worn path winding through a golden meadow toward distant hills

Borrowed Brave

A curly white dog and a tuxedo cat, two wool hoods, and a little borrowed courage.

A bookstore by the sea that never quite closes, and the cat who keeps an eye on the regulars.

AIGC Lab

Three directions I’m testing right now. Pick one to look inside.

01 · AI Influencer

Mira

Mira runs her own account. The same face, the same wardrobe, a life that holds together from home to street to sea — which is the hard part, and the point. A test bed for brand social content and product styling.

Profile
28, Shanghai. A freelance designer who likes slow mornings, flower stalls and the sea.

02 · AI Product Visuals

Products, placed anywhere.

Product imagery for e-commerce and social: styled, lit and placed in scene. A photographer’s eye for products — minus the studio.

  1. 01Brand — what can’t change, and what the category has used up.
  2. 02Brief — the goal behind the picture, and where it will be seen.
  3. 03Audience — the moment someone reaches for it.
  4. 04Visuals — one light recipe, then every frame you need.

What I need: your product shots, your brand guide, and where it’s going.

Concept project — SLOW is a brand, product and set of images made for this study.

03 · Motion

Stills that move.

The same characters and products, in motion — short loops made to stop a thumb: a character moment, a product loop, a brand ident, and the material study where it started.

Theme parks

What two theme parks taught me: how a global brand becomes real in one city — in a photograph, on a sign, on a shelf.

Work made for both resorts belongs to the resorts, so it isn’t published here.

Personal series built on storytelling — each piece starts as a small story, then finds the one image that tells it.

About

Twenty years making other people’s characters work. Now making my own.

At Shanghai Disney Resort and LEGOLAND® Shanghai Resort, my job was to keep someone else’s characters consistent, and make every frame tell a story — across a feed, a shelf, a park. That is the same problem every AI series has, only harder: a face has to survive hundreds of frames and still be the same face. The tools are new. The discipline isn’t. I build my own tools with AI, too — this site, and the production dashboards my series run on.

Based in Shanghai.

A face your brand owns, posting week after week without a shoot — plus product imagery styled and lit like a studio set, made without one.

  3. 03

    Visual direction

Art direction, photography, film and 3D — the part that decides whether the work looks expensive or cheap. Two decades of it, at the standard global brand systems demand.
